  Warranty and Returns

• Most of the ESS CCTV items are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty.
• The warrany only covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage
• You may return merchandise purchased from ESS CCTV for a refund or a replacement.
  All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning pacakge.

• All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "resalable" condition. You may not be responsible for a refund or credit otherwise.
• ESS CCTV follows ebay's 14 days return policy. Items should be returned within 14 days from the order date to receive a refund.

• Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns except for DOA (dead on arrival) products.
